IIFA 2024 Technical Awards: Jawan Reigns Supreme
The International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards 2024 celebrated the pinnacle of cinematic excellence with its Technical Awards, showcasing the best in Indian cinema.
Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Jawan’ emerged as the standout film, winning three prestigious awards:
- Best Cinematography: G. K. Vishnu
- Best Sound Mixing: Sampath Alwar, Chris Jacobson, Rob Marshall, Marti Humphrey
- Best Special Effects (Visual): Redchillies.VFX
Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Animal’ also made a significant impact, securing two awards:
- Best Editing: Sandeep Reddy Vanga
- Best Sound Design: Sachin Sudhakaran, Hariharan M

The festivities will peak with the prestigious IIFA Awards on Saturday, 28th September, and conclude with IIFA Rocks on Sunday, 29th September—an exclusive event celebrating the Technical Awards winners.
